  We use the following services for shipping. Royal Mail– Signed For: To any UK Postcode – £3.25 Royal Mail– International Tracked (& Signed where possible): To any Non-UK address – £11 FREE delivery for all orders over £50 worldwide

  ​We will endeavour to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible, though the additional safety measures in our factories and warehouses put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic may result in some delays, and deliveries may be disrupted locally depending on regional conditions and policies.   Returns & Refunds

  ​Right listen up Boyz & Girlz,

  We are certain that we make the best products in the Galaxy so for that, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 14 Days of receiving your loot, you can return it to us for a full refund. No quibbles and no funny handshakes required. All we ask is the product to be sent back to us first

  ​If we have made an error with your order don’t worry, drop one of my Grots a message and they will get it sorted ASAP 

  ​Just contact one of my Customer Service Grots at daboss@dascrapyardork.co.uk with your order number, and the issue and they will get it sorted.

  Cancelling an order

  ​If your order has not dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will cancel the order and if payment has been taken, a full refund will be processed for you within 3 working days of your notice being received.

  ​If your order has already dispatched, we will have to wait for the postal Squats to finish delivering your item first, once you receive the item send it back to us and we will arrange a refund once we receive the items 

  ​Please note custom order cannot be refunded after production has begun.
